We understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Missed appointments without prior notice will also incur a fee of $50.00. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time to respect the appointments of other patients. Please manage your time accordingly to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session.
